Return Eligibility

- Missing items in the package
Return Request Time
Customers must request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.
Late return requests may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Include original tags
- Include original packaging
- Be in resellable condition
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by customers are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:

- Innerwear products
- Clearance sale items
- Discounted items
- Customized products
- Products without tags or packaging
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or mobile banking.
- Replacement products may be provided depending on availability.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request product exchange for:
- Different size
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
Exchange approval depends on stock availability.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
- If the return is caused by our error, return shipping costs may be covered by Genz Fashion Zone.
